When the tobacco arrives from the field, it is pre clasified in wrappers, binders and fillers to begin the fermentation process.

The tobacco with condition for wrappers after the sorting are placed in wood boxes to be fermented inside a room under humidity and temperature controlled. When the fermentation is concluded the wrappers are classified by size and colors.

The binders and fillers are fermented in trojas, where the density, temperature and humidity are very important according to the defined type of tobacco in the different styles.

Concluding this long process, the tobacco are placed in dryers to extract the excess of humidity and that way be packed to be aged.
